Presenter's Biography:

Julianne is a well-known conference speaker on corporate finance and commercial issues. Her practice covers an extensive range of expertise in the areas of M&A, capital markets and corporate finance,as well as general commercial matters. She has more than 25 years of experience in structuring strategic acquisition and investment transactions, including cross-border M&A and private equity, as well as bringing companies to initial public offerings and other forms of capital raising.
She has spoken at seminars organised for banks and other commercial organisations in Hong Kong and mainland China as well as the Securities and Futures Commission, and has written articles published in local and overseas legal journals.

Julianne is a member of the Hong Kong government's Standing Committee on Company Law Reform. She is Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors, as well as member of the Law Society's Overseas Lawyers Qualification Examination Panel.
