Professor Michael Wilkinson
Chairman of the Law Faculty Board & Former Head of Department of Professional Legal Education, The University of Hong Kong
Professor Michael Wilkinson BA, LLB (Cantab) is Chairman of the Law Faculty Board and former Head of the Department of Professional Legal Education at the University of Hong Kong. He is a barrister-at-law of the Inner Temple. He specialises in the teaching of conveyancing and litigation and has published books in these areas, including the seminal publications "Hong Kong Conveyancing Law and Practice" and "Students' Guide to Civil Procedure to Hong Kong, 2nd Edition" Michael has taught Conveyancing on the OLQE courses since their inception.

Hanif Mughal
Barrister-at-law, Garden Chambers; (Adjunct Associate Professor at HKU Space Law Division)
Hanif is a practising barrister in Hong Kong. He has been called to the Bar of England and Wales and to the Bar in Hong Kong. His areas of practice include both civil and criminal law.
Besides the practice of law, Hanif has extensive teaching experience in law in various tertiary institutions in HK. Since 1995, he has been teaching part-time in law at HKU SPACE, on the Diploma in Legal Studies, CPE course, LLB external revision classes (University of London) and the PCLL course. He has also previously taught OLQE Preparatory classes in Civil Procedure and has presented many CPD courses.

Vandana Rajwani
Barrister-at-law, Gilt Chambers; Teaching Consultant, Department of Professional Legal Education, Faculty of Law, The University of Hong Kong
Vandana is a practising barrister in Hong Kong. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales and to the Bar in Hong Kong. Her practice encompasses criminal law, appellate work, judicial review and matrimonial practice.
Vandana also taught on the Professional Legal Education and Training Course at the University of Queensland, Australia and is a part-time teacher for HKU SPACE on the University of London LLB programme; CPE and the Diploma in Legal Studies Revision Courses including criminal law and criminal procedure.
Vandana has experience in the teaching of law subjects in HK and abroad. As a teaching consultant she has taught Criminal Procedure, Civil and Criminal Advocacy and Professional Practice on the HKU PCLL programme. She has taught trial advocacy in Hong Kong and Australia. She has conducted workshops and training for the Advanced Legal Education Programmes for the Hong Kong Bar Association and taught on CPD programmes. She is an examiner for the Hong Kong Bar Qualification Examinations.

Peter Tashjian

Tashjian is the CEO of the Institute of Compliance Officers (ICO), Managing Director of the Institute of Professional Development (IPD) and former CEO of the Hong Kong Institute of Company Secretaries. Publications include co-editing (with Ted Tyler) the "Hong Kong Companies Compliance Manual" and "Hong Kong Securities Compliance Manual" soon to be published by Sweet & Maxwell Asia (July/October). Tashjian has been teaching commercial law to students and practitioners since 1985, at the University of Technology in Papua New Guinea (1985-1990), City University of Hong Kong (1990-1996) and part-time at the University of Hong Kong since 1991; he is a former adjunct professor of the Australian Graduate School of Management MBA program in Hong Kong. Tashjian has a BS in business from Bentley in Massachusetts (1978), a JD from New England School of Law in Boston (1982) and a MIM from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona (1984).

Chee Keong LOW
BEc, LLB, Postgrad.Dip in Commercial Law (Monash); LLM (HKU); Advocate & Solicitor (Malaysia); Associate Professor in Corporate Law, School of Accountancy, The Chinese University of Hong Kong
CK joined The Chinese University of Hong Kong following his admission as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1992. His primary research interests lie in issues pertaining to corporate governance and the regulatory framework of capital markets on which subjects he has taught and published extensively. He is a member of the Listing Committee of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and his research is funded by private sector grants from the CLP Group, Ernst & Young, Noble Group Limited and Tricor Services Limited.

Ody Apostol Lai
Barrister-at-law, Admiralty Chambers
Ody is a practicing barrister in Hong Kong and practices in criminal, commercial and family law. Ody is also a Fellow Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong and in Philippines. She worked in various accounting and managerial positions for more than 15 years. She also managed and owned her own businesses for at least 10 years before practicing in the Hong Kong Bar.

Dr. Felix W. H. CHAN
Associate Professor, Department of Professional Legal Education, The University of Hong Kong
Felix teaches in the areas of professional conduct, commercial law, shipping law, information technology law and actuarial evidence. He joined the Faculty of Law in 1998. He is now an Associate Professor in the Department of Professional Legal Education, where he teaches both the PCLL and LLM courses. He is an experienced teacher and examiner in professional conduct.
