Vivian Lam
Barrister-at-law, Selwyn Yu SC's Chambers
After obtaining her LLB at Keele University in 2009, Vivian attained her LLM from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2010 and her PCLL at the University of Hong Kong in 2012. She started her practice as a barrister in 2013.
Vivian's main practice is civil litigation, focusing in matrimonial and land dispute cases. She has also been instructed in compulsory sale for redevelopment cases and rural representative election related matters.
She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

Melinda Chiang
Barrister-at-law, 18LC
Melinda obtained her LLB and PCLL at the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2013 and 2014 respectively. Upon completing her pupillage, she has been in private practice since 2015.
Melinda has extensive experience in both criminal and civil litigation. She appears regularly for the Department of Justice prosecuting on fiat at the Magistrates' Courts. She has represented and advised lay clients at different level of courts, statutory tribunals, administrative boards, and in disciplinary proceedings.
Melinda is also a Part-time Lecturer (Non-Clinical) at the Department of Professional Legal Education of the University of Hong Kong.
She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

Signing in & out at Registration
Registration begins 20 minutes before the start of each session.
Bad Weather Policy
Class sessions will be cancelled if a No. 8 higher tropical cyclone signal or black storm warning is raised within 3 hours before the start of registration or during the session. In the event of cancellation due to bad weather, the session will be re-schedule.
