Josh Baker
Barrister-at-law, Prince's Chambers
Josh is a barrister at Prince's Chambers where he practices public, commercial and family law. He was called to the bar in June 2019 having worked in litigation in Hong Kong with solicitors' firms for seven years. In March 2019, he served as marshall to Her Honour Judge S D Melloy. He graduated first in his year from the LLM in Human Rights at the University of Hong Kong in 2016, and read law as an undergraduate at the University of Cambridge.
Josh works in all areas of public law, and handled matters concerning administrative law, fundamental human rights and constitutional challenges. He has acted for NGOs, individuals and corporate applicants. He often advises on matters with a civil liberties and fundamental rights dimension, and where international law is material. He is very familiar in particular with discrimination law in the public law context and immigration related issues.
Josh serves on the Constitutional Affairs and Human Rights Committee and the Legal Aid Reform Committee of the Bar Association.

Jethro Pak
Barrister-at-law, Admiralty Chambers
Jethro joined the chambers in 2018 following completion of his pupillage with Mr John Marray, Mr Martin Wong, Mr Richard Yip and Mr Victor Gidwani.
Jethro obtained his JD and PCLL at the University of Hong Kong. During JD, he took part in the 14th Red Cross International Humanitarian Law Moot as an oralist representing the University of Hong Kong.
Before studying Law, Jethro obtained his Bachelor of Engineering in the University of Hong Kong with First Class Honours. He was awarded Dean's Honours List twice.
Jethro is capable of rendering professional services in both English and Chinese, including the provision of legal advice, written submissions and conduct of hearings. He is developing a broad civil and criminal practice and accepts instructions in all areas of work. He has an established practice in personal injuries action.
Jethro has appeared in all levels of Court, both as sole advocate and led junior. He has also appeared in arbitration.
Jethro is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Signing in & out at Registration
Registration begins 20 minutes before the start of each session.
Bad Weather Policy
Class sessions will be cancelled if a No. 8 higher tropical cyclone signal or black storm warning is raised within 3 hours before the start of registration or during the session. In the event of cancellation due to bad weather, the session will be re-schedule.
