Presenter's Biography:

Simon is qualified to practise law both in Hong Kong (called in 2007) and California USA (called in 2020), and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators. He specializes in employment law, personal injury litigation and commercial dispute resolution. He has been instructed in more than 600 personal injury cases.
Simon has been ranked as a Leading Junior in "Labour and Employment" and "Commercial Disputes" in Legal 500 Asia Pacific (Hong Kong Bar) 2021-2025.
 
Objective:

The course outlines how the damages for non-fatal and fatal cases are calculated. The legal principles will be discussed and the importance of adducing sufficient and relevant evidence to prove the claims will be highlighted.
