Presenter's Biography:

Dr. Gabriel Hung is a psychiatrist in private practice and also a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong (not currently practicing).

He is an Honorary Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Hong Kong and serves as a member of the Guardianship Board and the Health Committee of the Medical Council of Hong Kong.

He has a wide clinical practice with an emphasis on medico-legal issues. He has a particular interest in mental capacity and has given expert evidence in contentious cases.

Enzo WH Chow was formerly a solicitor and working as a Government Counsel with the Department of Justice, specialized in civil litigation (including a wide range of land disputes involving the Government, tax cases, mental health cases, and public law family cases). He left the Department of Justice and became a barrister in 2006. Enzo has been a contributing editor to the Hong Kong Civil Procedure (the Whitebook) since the publication.
