Presenter's Biography:

Josie advises an international client bases on private equity, unit trusts and hedge fund transactions. Josie also has experience in corporate transactions and advising on regulatory matters.

Rachel advises on the formation and maintenance of all types of investment funds, including unit trusts, registered mutual funds, hedge funds and private equity funds.

Dan advises on the structure, formation, launch and maintenance of private equity funds, venture capital funds and hedge funds, as well as downstream private equity transactions.
 
Objective:

To provide a comprehensive overview on the life cycle of a hedge fund from an offshore perspective. The aim is to provide participants with a practical guide to the establishment of hedge funds to the day-to-day running of hedge funds seen from a Cayman angle, ranging from structural and regulatory issues to discussions on some of the common documentation matters and industry practice.
