Presenter's Biography:

Julienne Jen, LLB & LLM (London), PCLL (HKU), is a solicitor admitted in the High Court of Hong Kong and the Supreme Court of England and Wales. Prior to joining the University, Julienne practised as a solicitor in the litigation department of an international law firm in Hong Kong. She joined the Department of Professional Legal Education in September 2004 and mainly teaches and coordinates the Civil Litigation, Commercial Dispute Resolution and Employment Law & Practice courses.

Julienne received the Faculty's Outstanding Teaching Award in 2015 and is a Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy. Julienne is interested in exploring different methods of experiential learning in her teaching and she now practises as a solicitor, offering pro bono legal advice at the University's Clinical Legal Education course.
 
Objective:
