Financial statements have incorporated useful financial information that are essential for users to make business and legal decisions. In particular, the legal professional needs to evaluate Financial Statements in order to assess the liquidity of a potential defendant, the lost profits or damages of a potential plaintiff, as well as assess solvency in bankruptcy, matrimonial and estate liquidation proceedings.
